| Aims of the
Foundation . . . Under the Buda Historic Home and Garden Foundation Deed (2004), the main purpose for which the Foundation has been formed is to assist Buda Incorporated to maintain, curate, exhibit, improve and develop its leased premises’ collection of works of art, facilities and wellbeing. The capital from donations and bequests will be invested by the Foundation Trustees, and the interest produced can then be used for purposes as specified in the Foundation Deed. This allows for general revenue to be directed towards operations and fundraising efforts to be allocated for other special projects. Acknowledgement . . . It is proposed that those who donate or bequeath substantial amounts,
will be duly acknowledged on a
Donations of any amount can be made to the Fund year round. We encourage donations before 30th June each year, which can be claimed as a tax deduction for the donor . Garden Foundation as a While it is essential to consult with your solicitors or a Trustee company before creating a Will, a representative of Buda can also be of help. We would be happy to discuss this with you, so that we can both be assured your wishes are clear. All matters relating to your Will would be treated as strictly confidential. Recurrent sponsorship We encourage businesses and individuals to contribute a regular yearly gift, which can be sometimes easier to find. Some may decide to write an amount into their Budget for an annual tax deductible contribution to the Buda Foundation. ALL DONATIONS TO BUDA ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE |
